In order to receive support, your order number must be provided. This information, as well as the proper support channels, was emailed to you at the time you purchased one of our services.

Support is provided at no charge to Simple Site Services customers only. Hosting support is provided as a free service for as long as you continue to have an account with Simple Site Services. Web Development support is also provided at no cost according to the terms stated in the client's Web Work Agreement. Those looking for Hosting or Web Development support who have never used our services, will be charged a fee. Please contact our Sales Department for further information.
