By receiving and reviewing Simple Site Services' Multimedia Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that this is a binding legal agreement between Simple Site Services and Customers of the VHS/Mini-DV/DVD Encoding To Streaming Video services provided by Simple Site Services.
VHS/Mini-DV/DVD Encoding To Streaming Video services offered on the web site www.simpsite.com is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Simple Site Services disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Simple Site Services does not represent or warrant that the services provided will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. Simple Site Services does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials provided in terms of the media's correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
Limit Of Liability:
Simple Site Services is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.
Simple Site Services does not warrant that VHS/Mini-DV/DVD Encoding To Streaming Video services will fit all users' particular purposes, and is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind to the original media provided by the Customer.
By placing an order, the Customer declares and warrants that all materials provided for conversion are not in violation of any copyright laws. The Customer will indemnify and hold Simple Site Services harmless in respect to any claims or demands by any third party that infringes upon any Copyright law. The video materials submitted were either created by the Customer or the Customer has the right to permit Simple Site Services to perform VHS/Mini-DV/DVD Encoding To Streaming Video services, or the Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to convert video materials and that a written release form is provided.

Having read and understood this agreement, you acknowledge its priority to any order, engagement or advertisement, and agree to its terms.
